Refund Policy

All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial period. No charges apply during the trial. We strongly recommend using the trial to fully evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.

As a digital service, no refunds are available once a paid subscription begins. By subscribing, you acknowledge that the Service constitutes digital content and that you have had the opportunity to evaluate it during the free trial period.

Purchases of GoBot tokens (AI credits) are non-refundable. Tokens constitute digital content that is fully delivered upon purchase and cannot be reversed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin panel. Upon cancellation, the Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will apply after cancellation.
