When you register for and use the GoWarehouse platform, we collect your account data (name, email, organization information, and an encrypted password) and log sign-in information (IP address and sign-in time) during your use of the Service to protect account and system security.

Service data is stored in Google Cloud Platform data centers, with safeguards such as encryption in transit and access controls.

To provide the Service, we may engage the following categories of service providers to process certain data. Their servers may be located outside of Taiwan (R.O.C.):

• Cloud infrastructure services (Google Cloud Platform)
• Email delivery services (for sending system notification emails)

We supervise these processors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and impose confidentiality and data protection obligations by contract.

When you use AI-assisted features within the platform, the queries you enter and the related operational context are processed by the system to generate responses, and are used solely for providing that feature.

Businesses using the Service ("Merchants") may upload order recipient data — such as name, phone number, address, and email — to the Service in order to fulfill transactions with their consumers. For such data, the Merchant is the data collector and the Company acts as a processor entrusted by the Merchant, processing the data only as instructed by the Merchant and only for warehousing, handling, and shipping purposes.

To complete order delivery, we provide the necessary recipient data to logistics and payment service providers designated or engaged by the Merchant (for example, logistics integration services, home delivery carriers, and convenience store pickup providers).

The Service offers an automatic de-identification mechanism after shipment: Merchants can configure the system to automatically mask or delete order recipient personal data a specified number of days after shipping.

If you are a consumer of a Merchant and wish to exercise your personal data rights, please contact the business you purchased from; we will assist the Merchant in fulfilling its legal obligations.

• TLS encryption is used across the site for data in transit.
• Tiered permissions and access controls ensure that only authorized personnel may access personal data, and only to the extent necessary for business purposes.
• Vendors entrusted with personal data processing are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations and subject to necessary supervision.

We retain your personal data for the duration of the specific purpose for which it was collected and for any retention period required by law. Once the purpose no longer exists or the retention period expires, we will delete, destroy, or de-identify your personal data, except where retention is necessary for the performance of our business or with your consent.
